Title: Shrimp Scampi

Yield: 4 servings

26 md Shrimps; (up to 30)
1/4 lb Salted butter
4 Cloves garlic; sliced
-lengthwise,
; (up to 6)
1 bn Italian parsley; coarsely
-chopped
3 Ice cubes; (up to 5)
1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste

Shell and butterfly shrimp, leaving tail intact. Melt butter and saute
garlic until golden brown. Remove garlic and set aside. Saute shrimp until
they turn pink. Add parsley and ice cubes and cover tightly.

Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, add cheese and pepper and simmer 1
minute longer. Yield: 4 servings as an appetizer
