Title: Shrimp with Mustard Garlic Mayo Categories: Appetizers, Holidays, Seafood Yield: 8 Servings 1/2 c Light mayonnaise 4 ts Lemon juice 1 ts Dijon mustard 1/4 ts Pepper 1 Clove garlic, minced 1 Green onion, chopped 1 lb Large frozen cooked shrimp, -thawed In bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, pepper; garlic and green onion. (Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 1 day.) Serve with shrimp. Makes 8 servings.
