Title: Simple Baked Spaghetti Squash Categories: Side salads, Vegetables/ Yield: 5 servings 3 lb Spaghetti squash; (one -squash) Preheat oven to 350. Cut squash in half lengthwise, discarding seeds. Place squash halves, cut side down, in a 9 X 13 baking dish; add water to the dish to a depth of 1/2". Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until squash is tender when pierced with a fork. Remove squash from dish and cool. Scrape inside of squash with a fork to remove spaghetti like strands. Yields 5 cups.
