1 c Boiled spaghetti
1/2 c Cabbage finely shredded
1/2 c Carrot julienned
1/2 c Beans cut into juliennes
1/2 c Onions thinly sliced
1/2 c Bean sprouts boiled
1 tb Tomato ketchup
1 ts Chillies in vinegar or
-chilli garlic
; water
1 ts Ginger water
1 ts Soyasauce
Salt to taste
2 tb Butter

Mix all vegetables and spaghetti, except onions.

Heat butter on a large sizzler tray or griddle (pavbhaji tawa).

Add onions and stir fry till tender.

Add mixed spaghetti and veggies. Stirfry 3-4 minutes.

Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Serve sizzling hot, with boiled rice or warm buttered bread or rolls.

Making time: 30 minutes

Makes: 4-5 servings bowl
