Sizzling Beef
Title: Sizzling Beef Categories: Nancy, Lam's, Wok, Wiz Yield: 1 servings 2 tb Oil 10 oz Beef 1 1/2 tb Oyster sauce 1/2 ts Pepper 1 ts Cornflour 1 1/2 tb Soya sauce 2 Spring onions 2 Inch root ginger 2 Stalks coriander 2 tb Brandy 1 ds White wine 2 tb Stock Heat a sturdy plate or oven-proof dish. Slice the beef thinly and season with cornflour, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and brandy. Mix well. Heat the oil in a wok until smoking.
