Skillet Lasagna
Title: Skillet Lasagna Categories: Italian5 Yield: 4 servings Quick and easy... 1 lb Ground beef 1 Envelope spaghetti sauce mix 1 lb Ricotta cheese 8 oz Lasagna noodles; uncooked 1 ts Italian seasoning or oregano 1 tb Dried parsley Salt 1 16 ounce can crushed -tomatoes 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce 1 c Water 8 oz Mozzeralla cheese; shredded Brown meat in fry pan and sprinkle with half spaghetti sauce mix. Spoon ricotta over mixture and cover with half the noodles.Add seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Lay on remaining noodles. Push down slightly to moisten. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
