Title: Smoked Fish Loaf Supreme Categories: None Yield: 1 servings 2 c Smoked fish flakes 1 c Milk 1 1/2 c Soft bread crumbs 4 tb Melted butter 3 Egg yolks; beaten slightly 2 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Minced onions 1/2 c Celery 1/8 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper 3 Egg whites; beaten Recipe By : Ted Dahlen "Smoke Seafood" Scald milk. Add bread crumbs and butter. Beat until smooth. Combine with fish flakes, egg yolks, lemon juice, onion, celery, salt and pepper. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Grease loaf pan.
