Title: Smoked Salmon And Prawn Pasta Categories: Sainsbury4, Sainsbury's Yield: 4 servings 250 g Pasta bows; (8oz) 25 g Butter; (1oz) 4 Salad onions; sliced 75 g Prawns; (3oz) 1/2 Lemon; juice of 1 tb Freshly chopped dill 142 ml Double cream or creme -fraiche; (1/4 pint) 125 g Smoked salmon; cut into -strips ; (4oz) Salt and freshly ground -black pepper To garnish : fresh sprig -dill; lemon slices 1. Cook the pasta following the pack instructions. 2. Meanwhile, melt the butter, add the onions and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the prawns, lemon juice and dill. 3. Drain the pasta, add to the prawns and stir in the double cream or creme fraiche, salmon and seasoning to taste. Cook for 2 minutes until heated through thoroughly. 4.
