Mixed lettuces
1/2 Cucumber cot into stipes
1 Red pepper cut into strips
1 Punet of red cherry tomatoes
1 Punnet of white mushrooms
-sliced
125 g Smoked salmon sliced into
-strips

----------------------------------DRESSING----------------------------------
50 ml Soya sauce
50 ml Oil
60 ml Brown sugar
125 White grape vinegar
5 ml Sesame sauce
25 ml Syryp
12 ml Curry powder
35 ml Peanut butter
A few drops of tabasco

Liquidse the above salad dressing

Method:

Layer all the salad ingriedince in order as above Do not toss Pour over
dressing just before serving

I like this for Shabbos lunch.
