110 g Smoked salmon - cut in
-strips
110 g Smoked trout - cut in strips
110 g Flavored smoked mackerel -
-cut in strips
Selection of lettuce leaves
Fresh fruits - to include
-grapes; nectarines and
; melon
Olives
Chopped chives
3 tb Olive oil
1 tb White wine vinegar
1 tb Lime juice
1 tb Chopped chives
Salt and pepper

Combine lettuces, chopped fruits, olives and fish in a large bowl. Mix
dressing ingredients, pour over salad and toss gently. Sprinkle with
chopped chives. Serve with crusty bread. Substitutions: Cooked flaked cod,
rock salmon, trout, salmon.
