Title: Smoked Trout And Kiwi Fruit Salad Categories: Sainsbury4, Sainsbury's Yield: 4 servings 1 227 gram pac Scotch smoked -salmon trout; (8oz) 1 Red eating apple; cored and -chopped 3 tb Soured cream 3 Kiwi fruit; peeled and -sliced 50 g Toasted flaked almonds; -(2oz) 3 tb Freshly chopped mint Salt and freshly ground -black pepper Fresh watercress to garnish 1. Cut the trout into bite sized pieces and place in a bowl with the apple, kiwifruit, almonds, soured cream, mint, and seasoning to taste. 2. Mix well and serve immediately on a bed of watercress.
