Title: Smoky Tuna Rollups Categories: Crook2 Yield: 1 servings 1 16 ounces ca StarKist Fancy -Albacore Tuna in; well -drained ; Spring Water 8 oz Low fat or no fat cream -cheese; room temperature 6 Scallions; cleaned and -minced 1 ts Sweet paprika 1 ds Worcestershire sauce 2 dr Natural liquid smoke flavor 2 Pieces soft flat breads as -for sandwich wraps or ; 4 large fresh tortillas 1 Romaine heart shredded Break apart tuna on several layers on paper towel and top with two more layers of paper towel. Press out as much moisture as possible. Using a fork, mash together the tuna, scallions, cream cheese, paprika, worcestershire and liquid smoke in a bowl. Spread evenly over bread or tortillas and, top with lettuce and roll up like a jelly roll. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap until serving. Serve as sandwiches for lunch or cut into one inch slices for appetizers. The tuna/cream cheese blend is also great on a bagel with a slice of tomato and onions for breakfast or brunch.
