Title: Snappy Bean Salad

225 g Green beans
225 g Mangetout peas
2 Spring onions; up to 3

----------------------------------DRESSING----------------------------------
3 Dsp olive oil
1 Dsp honey
1 Dsp sherry
Salt and pepper

----------------------------------TO SERVE----------------------------------
1 Dsp parsley; finely chopped

Lightly steam the beans and mangetout peas. Mix while still warm with the
spring onions.

To prepare the dressing, mix together the hot oil, honey and sherry, add
salt and pepper to taste. Pour over the vegetables and serve warm. Garnish
with chopped parsley.
