Title: Spaghetti And Garlic for Pam the Gymnast Categories: None Yield: 1 servings Cooked spaghetti; small box 6 Plum tomatoes; diced, up to -8 2 Cloves garlic; pressed, up -to 4 1/4 c Chopped fresh basil; (dried -doesn't give the same fresh -flavor), up to 1/2, up to 1/2 c Vegetable broth; (more if -you like it soupier) Salt and pepper to taste This one is easy, and leftovers are good cold. Warm the tomatoes, garlic, and vegetable broth and toss with the spaghetti. Salt and pepper to taste and serve hot or cold.
