Special Fried Rice
Title: Special Fried Rice Categories: Sainsbury13, Sainsbury's Yield: 4 servings 3 tb Vegetable oil 1 Clove garlic; crushed 1 ts Fresh ginger; finely chopped 50 g Frozen minted peas; (2oz) 1 Onion; finely chopped 1 Red pepper; finely sliced 225 g Boneless pork; cut into fine ; strips (8oz) 175 g Long-grain rice; cooked -(6oz) 3 Spring onions; shredded 125 g Cooked prawns or shrimps; -(4oz) 2 tb Soy sauce Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the vegetables and pork and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the rice, spring onions and prawns.
