Title: Special Salad Dressing Categories: Saucesand, Dressings Yield: 1 servings 1 c Olive oil 1/2 Onion 1/4 c White vinegar 1 ts Fresh or 1/2 dried rosemary 1/4 c Parsley 2 tb Green onion; ( white part -only) 1 tb Prepared mustard 1 Clove garlic; ( whole) 1 ts Oregano Salt and pepper; to taste 2 c Chopped walnuts 1 pn Sugar 1. Chop or process herbs,sal, sugar, and onion. 2. Transfer to a bowl and add the mustard and freshly ground pepper 3. Add oil slowly, stirring as if for a mayonnaise. 4. Add the whole garlic clove and vinegar. Let stand 2 hours to develop flavors. 5. Remove garlic clove before serving 6. Sprinkle salad with the chopped walnuts.
