4 Fillets salmon; skin on
3 ts Chinese five spice
Little oil for frying
30 ml Soy sauce
2 ts Sesame oil
1 bn Spring onions; chopped
1 tb Sesame seeds; toasted

Fry or grill salmon, skin side down for 2 minutes and then turn, sprinkle
over the 5 spice and cook through.

Add spring onions to the frying pan, toss quickly. Add soy and sesame oil,
and serve on wilted greens with the toasted sesame seeds on top.
