Spiced Shrimp
Title: Spiced Shrimp Categories: Seafood, Appetizers Yield: 10 Appetizers 1 cl Garlic, crushed 1/4 c Butter 1 ts Curry powder 1/2 ts Ginger 1/4 ts Turmeric 1/2 ts Salt Dash pepper 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined In skillet, saute garlic lightly in butter (do not brown). Stir in spices, salt and pepper. Add shrimp and saute 2 to 5 minutes, or just until tender. Serve hot on toothpicks. Makes about 10 appetizer-size servings.
