Title: Spicy Chick-Pea Salad Categories: July 1992 Yield: 1 servings A; (19-ounce) can ; chick-peas, rinsed ; and drained well 2 tb Olive oil 1 Garlic clove; minced Fresh lemon juice to taste 1/8 ts Crushed dried hot red pepper -flakes; or to taste 2 tb Minced fresh parsley leaves In a bowl stir together the chick-peas, the oil, the garlic, the lemon juice, the red pepper flakes, the parsley, and salt and pepper to taste and chill the salad, covered, for 30 minutes.
