1 ts Chile paste
1/2 ts Sugar
1 tb Minced garlic

Combine ingredients in a small bowl and serve with "Shao Mai - (Pork
Dumplings)" (the recipe for which is included in this collection) or
similar dishes. This recipe yields 2/3 cup sauce.
