1 145 g pack pizza base mix
150 g Soya mince; (5oz)
1 tb Olive oil
1 Sachet of taco seasoning mix
2 tb Sundried tomato paste
1/2 Green pepper; deseeded and
-sliced
1/2 Red pepper; deseeded and
-sliced
1/2 Yellow pepper; deseeded and
-sliced
1 Red onion; sliced into rings
8 Black olives
Fresh basil

Make up the pizza base as per pack instructions.

Make up the soya mince as per pack instructions.

Preheat the oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add the soya mince and contents of the taco
seasoning sachet and fry for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Spread the tomato paste evenly over the pizza base and spoon over the soya
mince evenly. Arrange the remaining ingredients on the top.

Place in the preheated oven on the middle oven shelf and cook for 20-25
minutes.

Notes Serve with a crisp green salad.
