Title: Spicy Red Salsa Categories: Cklive06 Yield: 1 servings 4 lg Fresh tomatoes; peeled, -seeded, And finely chopped 1 tb Seeded; finely-chopped fresh -jalapeno Chiles 2 tb Finely-chopped cilantro 1 sm Red onion; finely chopped 1 md Garlic clove; minced 1 ts Red wine vinegar (or 1 tspn freshly-squeezed -lemon juice) 1 ts Salt Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Taste for seasoning. Cover and refrigerate. This recipe yields about 1 quart.
