Title: Spicy Tomato And Bean Soup

Yield: 6 Servings

15 oz Can spicy chili beans
2 cn Vegetable juice (6 oz ea)
14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes
10 oz Pkg frozen corn
1/3 c Sliced green onions
1 tb Fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 ts Chili powder
2 tb Sour cream

Combine all ingredients except sour cream in large saucepan and mix well.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Top each serving with
sour cream.
