3 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 tb Tarragon vinegar
1 tb Mayonnaise
3/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 ts Sugar
1 sm Garlic clove; chopped
1 c Olive oil

In a food processor blend all ingredients except oil until smooth and with
motor running add oil in a stream, blending until emulsified. Transfer
dressing to a jar and keep chilled, covered, until serving.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups
