Title: Split Pea Soup with Ham Categories: Shelf life, Shelf1 Yield: 1 servings 1 lb Dried green split peas 3/4 lb Finely diced ham 8 c Pork Stock 1 c Finely diced onion 1 c Finely diced carrots 1 c Finely diced celery 1 ts White pepper 2 c Heavy cream Soak beans overnight or cover with water in a large soup kettle and boil for 1 hour.
