Title: Sticky Chocolate Pudding in the Microwave

125 g Soft tub margarine
125 g Muscavado sugar; light or
-dark
2 lg Eggs
125 g Plain chocolate; melted
75 g Self-raising flour
25 g Ground almonds
4 tb Marmalade

Beat the margarine, sugar and eggs together until soft and evenly mixed.

Stir in the melted chocolate then fold in the flour and ground almonds and
then the marmalade.

Transfer to a shallow microwave-safe 1 litre dish and cook on medium for 5
minutes.

Serve warm dusted with icing sugar and accompanied by creme fraiche or
vanilla ice cream.
