Title: Stir-Fry Broccoli with Orange Peppers And Mustard Dressing Categories: First, Taste Yield: 1 servings 1/2 tb Olive oil 750 g Broccoli florets 1 lg Orange pepper; seeded and -thinly ; sliced Two oranges; juice of 1 tb Grainy mustard Black pepper Heat the oil with the juice of one orange and stir fry the pepper for one minute. Add the broccoli florets and the remaining orange juice. Toss over the heat, cover and cook for a further 3 minutes.
