Stir-Fry Turkey with Noodles
Title: Stir-Fry Turkey with Noodles Categories: Sainsbury's, Sainsbury8 Yield: 4 servings 250 g Egg noodles; (8oz) 2 tb Olive or sunflower oil 1 sm Onion; chopped finely 1 250 gram pac stir-fry turkey -breast strips; (8oz) 125 g Mange tout; (4oz) 1 Red pepper; de-seeded and ; sliced finely 150 g Pak choi; (Chinese cabbage) -or ; spinach, chopped ; (5oz) 200 g Bean sprouts; (7oz) 2 tb Light soy sauce 1 ts Chilli sauce Salt and pepper Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until sizzling. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add the turkey and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the mange tout, pepper and pak choi or spinach and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the bean sprouts and soy and chilli sauces and toss together well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
