450 g Strawberries; hulled
1/2 Lemon or to taste; juice of
150 g Sieved icing sugar; to
-taste, up to 200
300 ml Double cream

1 tb Freshly chopped mint or
-1-2tsp freshly; up to 2
; ground black pepper

Puree the strawberries in a blender or food processor, then turn them into
a bowl and season with the lemon juice and sugar to taste. Add the mint or
black pepper, if used.

Stir in the cream.

Freeze-churn until the ice cream is ready to serve.
