Title: Stuffed Meat Loaf

2 lb Ground beef
1 1/2 c Bread crumbs
2 Eggs
1/2 c Water
2 Eggs, hard-boiled
1/4 lb Salami
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Ham, diced
1 c Mozzarella, shredded
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 tb Parsley, chopped

Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, raw eggs, and water
thoroughly. Pat meat mixture flat onto a sheet of waxed paper to 1" thick.
layer hard-boiled eggs, salami, and ham; sprinkle with mozzarella, Parmesan
cheese, garlic and parsley. Pick up wax paper on long end and start to roll
like a jelly roll. Pat firmly into a football shape and seal ends.

Heat oil in a large fry pan and brown meat loaf on all sides. Gently lift
out and place in simmering tomato sauce to cook slowly 30-45 minutes on low
heat. Serve sliced with pasta or rice.
