Title: Stuffed Rolled Beef

Yield: 4 Servings

1 lb Top round steak, sliced thin
2 tb Parmesan
1 tb Parsley
2 ts Oregano
1/2 c Wine
1 Egg
1 c Mozzarella, shredded
1 tb Onion, chopped
1 c Tomato sauce

Combine all all ingredients except steak, wine and tomato sauce. Spread
steak with stuffing mixture. Roll meat tightly and tie with string. Place
in shallow baking dish. Combine tomato sauce and wine and pour over rolled
meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
