Title: Stuffed Rolled Beef

Yield: 4 Servings

1 lb Top round steak, sliced thin
1/2 lb Ground beef
1/4 c Bread crumbs
1 Egg, beaten
4 tb Parmesan
4 tb Raisins
2 Eggs, hard boiled
4 Bacon strips
1/2 Bunch scallions, chopped
1 ts Basil
4 tb Parsley, chopped
1 Garlic clove, chopped
Tomato sauce

Place steak flat, layer strips of bacon over top. Combine remaining
ingredients except hard-boiled eggs and tomato sauce. Sprread stuffing
mixture over bacon. Place hard-boiled egg slices down center. Roll tightly
and secure with string. Brown well on all sides. POur tomato sauce over
meat. Cook slowly for 1 hour. Serve sliced with pasta.
