Summer Salad with Croutons
Title: Summer Salad with Croutons Categories: Schwartz, Schwartz2 Yield: 4 servings For the salad 1 Bag mixed leaf salad 100 g Cherry tomatoes; halved -(4oz) 25 g Black olives; halved (1oz) 75 g French beans; cut into 3 -(3oz) 2 Hard boiled eggs; cut into 6 1 Avocado; cubed 1 220 gram bag Mozzarella -cheese; cubed (8oz) For the dressing 3 tb Mayonnaise 2 tb White wine vinegar 1 ts Honey 1/2 ts Dijon mustard 2 ts Schwartz Salad Seasoning ------------------------------FOR THE CROUTONS------------------------------ 1 tb Olive oil 2 Thick slices bread; cut into -cubes Schwartz Lemon Sea Salt; to -taste Mix all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Blend all the dressing ingredients together and toss into the salad. For the croutons, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the bread until lightly browned, stirring continuously, season with Lemon Sea Salt and sprinkle croutons over the salad and serve.
