Title: Sweet Corn Salsa

Yield: 4 servings

1 cn Edgell Super Sweet Corn;
-(420 gram ) drained
1/2 Continental cucumber; cut
-into thin strip
2 tb Chopped fresh coriander
2 ts Finely chopped red chilli
2 Spring onions; finely
-chopped
1 tb Lime juice
1 tb Vinegar
Salt and pepper; to taste

1. Place Edgell Super Sweet Corn into a bowl.

2. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well.

3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.

4. Serve as salsa or salad.
