Title: Sweet Fruit Sauce for Wild Geese or Ducks Categories: None Yield: 1 servings 2 c Pan drippings; as much -grease removed as possible 1 8 oz. apricot preserves; I -jar Knott's 9 oz Orange marmalade; 1/2 ajar -of Knott's 1/8 ts Salt; pinch 1/2 c Orange juice Mix all the Ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until it is reduced about 25%. Serve warm on the side. Yield about 4 1/2 cups. NOTES : Note - This is good on all types of game. You can add diced green chiles or crushed red pepper if you like it spicier.
