3 c Sweet potatos; Baked, peeled
-and mashed
1 c Sugar; white or brown
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Margarine; (2 sticks)

----------------------------------TOPPING----------------------------------
1 c Brown Sugar
1 c Pecans; chopped
1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Margarine; softened

METHOD: Mix the above and pour into greased baking dish
FOR THE TOPPING: Combine the above 4 items and mix with a fork; then
crumble by hand over top of casserole

Bake 350° for 30 minutes.
If you eat this too often, you'll weigh over 1,000 pounds. Enjoy, (but, not
too often)
