Title: Sweet Potato Casserole

Yield: 6 servings

2 lb Sweet potato; 4-cups mashed
1/2 pk Butter buds
1/2 c Packed brown sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Salt
1 ts Grated orange zest
1 ts Grated lemon zest
1/2 c Fresh orange juice
Marshmallows

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Boil potatoes whole until soft, about 30 minutes. Peel potatoes while hot
and mash. Add all other ingredients and beat until fluffy. Spoon into a
shallow casserole. Top with marshmallows. Bake until golden brown on top
for about 30 minutes.
