1 lg Red Delicious apple; diced
1 sm Uncooked sweet potato;
-finely diced
2 Green onions; white, tender
-green parts, thinly sliced
1 Jalapeno pepper; seeded and
-diced
2 tb Fresh lime or lemon juice
2 tb Honey

Combine all ingredients; blend well. Cover; chill for one hour.
