8 oz Cream cheese; softened
3/4 c Brown sugar
1 tb Vanilla extract
1/2 c Peanuts; chopped
6 Apples; cut into wedges

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Spread mixture on a small serving plate; top with nuts. Serve with apple
