2 cn Anchovies; (oil & all)
1 Head of garlic; (not clove,
-head)
2 Eggs; (yolks & all, not the
-shell)
A couple good dashes of
-Tobassco; (or similar type
-hot sauce)
A couple good dashes of
-Worchester sauce
Lemon juice; (2 lemons
-worth)
2 tb Hot mustard; (the dry stuff)

Throw the following into an industrial blender:

Turn on the blender and start filling it up with olive oil (that's why ya
need an industrial Binford type blender). Makes about a quart, goes a long
way. I keep it in a pickle jar and it last a while... and never has that
salmanilla stuff either. (Garlic kills it!)
