Title: Tangy Roast-Beef Sandwiches

Yield: 6 servings

1/2 c Fat-Free Sour Cream
4 oz Lowfat Cream Cheese;
-Softened
2 tb Prepared Horseradish
1 French Bread Loaf
3/4 c Cranberry-Raspberry Crushed
-Fruit
3/4 c Lean Roast Beef; Thinly
-Sliced
1 c Alfalfa Sprouts

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill. Cut load in
half horizontally. Spread horseradish mixture over cut sides of bread.
Spread crushed fruit over bottom half of bread; top with roast beef,
spourts, and top half of bread. Cut loaf into 6 pieces.
