Tarakihi with Lemon And Caper Dressing
Title: Tarakihi with Lemon And Caper Dressing Categories: Waitrose2 Yield: 4 servings 75 ml Olive oil; (5tbsp) 1/2 Lemon; juice of Finely grated zest of 1 -lemon Salt & freshly ground black -pepper 30 ml Capers; drained and roughly ; chopped (2tbsp) 30 ml Garlic chives; chopped -(2tbsp) 4 Tarakihi steaks; each -weighing ; approximately 175g ; (6oz) Butter for frying Whisk oil into lemon juice. Add lemon zest, seasoning, capers and chives. Season fish and pan-fry in butter for 3-4 minutes each side or until thoroughly cooked. Remove from pan and keep warm.
