Thai Tenderloin

1 1/2 lb Pork tenderloin
1/2 c Molasses
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Thai red curry base
1 tb Grated fresh ginger

Trim fat from tenderloin and place in large glass baking dish. Combine
remaining ingredients and pour over tenderloin, turning to coat.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Remove pork from marinade and discard
marinade. Heat 1 Tbls oil in heavy ovenproof skillet. Brown pork about 3
minutes on each side. Transfer pork in skillet to oven and cook until done
at 350 degrees (about 25 minutes). Slice and serve with Thai Tenderloin
Sauce. (See recipe below)
