Title: Thai-Style Chicken with Noodles Categories: Jude2 Yield: 4 servings ----------------------------------MARINADE---------------------------------- 2 tb Lemon juice 1 Garlic clove; crushed 2 tb Chopped fresh coriander or -parsley 1/4 ts Sugar 1 tb Oil 1 Flavour sachet from MAGGI 2 -Minute; Chicken Flavour ; Noodles 1 ts Minced chilli ----------------------------------CHICKEN---------------------------------- 4 Single boneless chicken -breasts; skinned 4 c Water 2 pk MAGGI 2 minute Noodles; -Chicken Flavour Combine the marinade ingredients in a plastic bag. Add the chicken and mix well. Remove the air and seal the bag with a twist tie. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes. Cook the chicken under a preheated grill or over a preheated barbecue for 8-10 minutes or until the juices run clear when the chicken is pierced. Turn once during cooking. While the chicken is cooking, bring the water to the boil in a saucepan. Break the noodles and add to the pan with the remaining flavour sachet. Cook for 2 minutes.
