10 g Fresh ginger; grated
1 sm Red chilli; finely minced
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Peanut oil; (optional)
1 tb Palm sugar; (or brown sugar)
1 tb Fresh coriander or mint

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until
thoroughly smooth.

If you wish to leave out the oil, replace it with 2 tablespoons water.Place
