Title: The Ultimate Ham Sandwich

Yield: 10 servings

750 g Australian leg ham
3 tb Mustard pickle
100 ml Mayonnaise
Ground black pepper
1 Loaf bread; your choice

1 . In a blender coarsely mince together ham with mustard pickle.

2. Place mixture in a bowl and fold in mayonnaise and pepper to taste.

3. Lightly butter bread and spread a generous amount of the ham mixture
onto each slice, then top with another tightly buttered slice of bread. I
Cut off all the crusts then cut each sandwich into three fingers and serve.

NOTES : Makes 33 fingers. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
