1 lb (about 15) husked; rinsed,
-and roughly chopped
-tomatillos
3 Serrano chiles; with seeds
3/4 c Chopped cilantro leaves
2 tb Lime juice
1 ts Sugar
1 ts Salt

Puree in food processor, until almost smooth.

This is fantastic with eggs ... or almost anything.
