1 tb Canola oil
1 Minced garlic clove
2 Jalepeno peppers; seeded and
-minced
8 Diced tomatillos
1 c Corn kernels
1/2 c Low-sodium tomato sauce
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1/2 ts Chili powder
2 tb Chopped chives

Directions: Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the garlic, jalapenos,
tomatillos, and corn. Saut‚ 4-5 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, cumin, chili
powder, and chives. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
