Title: Tomatillo Salsa Categories: None Yield: 1 servings 10 Tomatillos; husked and -washed, 5 halved, 5 chopped -coarsely 3 tb Lime juice 1/4 c Finely chopped red onion 1 Jalapeno pepper; finely -chopped 2 tb Olive oil 1 ts Honey Kosher salt and fresh ground -pepper 1/4 c Coarsely chopped cilantro from Bobby Flay's boy meets grill Place the halved tomatillos and the lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Place the coarsely chopped tomatillos, onion, and jalapeno in a medium bowl, add the tomatillo mixture, toss to coat. Add the olive oil and honey, season with salt and pepper.
