Title: Tomato Soup

Yield: 4 servings

50 g Butter; (2 oz)
1 Onion; chopped
1 ts Schwartz Garlic Granules
2 ts Schwartz Italian Seasoning
1/2 ts Schwartz Paprika
3 tb Plain flour
600 ml Chicken stock; (1 pint)
300 ml Milk; ( 1/2 pint)
2 400 g; (14 oz) tins chopped
; tomatoes
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
Salt and Schwartz Black
-Peppercorns; freshly ground

Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the onion until softened. Add the
Garlic Granules, Italian Seasoning, Paprika and flour. Cook for 1 minute.
Blend in the liquid and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to the boil.
Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Cool slightly. Pur‚e in a liquidizer or
food processor
